The total area comprising of all plots is 1.70 acres, which is divided into 20 plots in different measurements. On allotment of plot, two agreements will be executed between the firm and client, one for the purchase of allotted plot and another for the construction of residential building in the said plot according to the plan and design given and agreed to the buyer. Royal Ventures are responsible to obtain approval from local authority for construction including any alternation / addition required by the buyer. Though separate amounts for plot and building construction is mentioned in the agreement, consolidated payments of land and building to be constructed will be stated in payment schedule. Execution charges and incidental expenses thereto for the registration of sale deed will be met by the buyer.
