In addition to above rate, registration, all taxes, share of various welfare funds, deposits and all other statutory levies are to be met by the purchaser/ owner of plot.

In both cases, registration of land inclusive of right to use the road up to the plot, in the name of applicant would be made as soon as 25% of total amount is received. In addition to the plot area, the buyer is entitled to get proportionate share in common area measuring about 56.26 cents which shall be transferred to him/her at the time of handing over possession of residential building.
