Once allotted and agreement signed, the price will be firm.
All payments can be made through Demand Drafts or local cheques in favour of Royal Ventures payable at Kottayam.
Royal Ventures reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reasons thereto.
Possession of residential building shall be given to the customers only on payment of all amounts to the firm as per schedule of payment and other statutory levies.
Statutory deposits, Building Tax, Service tax, Sales Tax/VAT, Share of KWA/ KSEB/CWWF payments/ deposits, cost of transformers, deposits to Villa owners’ association and other statutory levies to be met by the buyer.
Royal Ventures are not responsible for any delay in completing the project due to unforeseen circumstances and to obtain service connection from statutory bodies due to reasons beyond the control of the firm.
The villa to be completed within 14 calendar months from the date of signing the agreement and receipt of payment.
Royal Ventures would commence the construction of residential building only after getting the payment of 1st installment over and above the initial payment of Rs. 6,50,000/-
In case, the buyer is not making payment as agreed in the payment terms, Royal Ventures reserves the right to cease the construction without any notice to the buyer as this is a time bound project. Resale of plots allotted to the buyer to any third party, to be made only after getting prior approval from the firm, if it is within completion period.
Maintenance and usage charges of common facilities to be met by the villa owners.
